This project focuses on training of Specialists / executives in retail and other services in the migrant-led businesses so that they can deliver industry-specific services. They are able to impart personnel development / business optimization in the field of diversity management.
There are further training offers for individual companies, we organize training content that offers sustainable / non-discriminatory access to information and network.
Our concept has been designed and implemented for demand-driven gender equality and will be implemented sustainably in these companies.
The "Intercultural Dialogue Forum" is well established for a sustainable transfer of knowledge beyond the project's end.
